Recently, my wardrobe has become a lot simpler. These days Im satisfied with a sundress, little to no jewelry and just a pair of earrings to top off the look. The one thing that will never leave my wardrobe is bright and bold prints. I always find myself gravitating towards the brightest piece in the store, and this Anthropologie dress and I were meant to be. Not only is it my favorite color combo-magenta and navy-but it’s the perfect summer sundress. The cap sleeves, fitted bodice and flowy circle skirt allow you to stay cool on the hottest of summer days. The above-the-knee length keeps it appropriate for work, in fact, I’m wearing it to work today! I’ve been loving dresses with higher necklines lately. They give you room to play with a bold statement necklace or something dainty like a monogram necklace. I chose to keep this look simple and let the dress do the talking.
Gold feather earrings by Kendra Scott added the right touch of another color without taking away from the print of the dress, and also matched the gold studs in my Ivanka Trump sandals. I added three simple bangles for a mini arm party, one being a hot pink and cork bangle that I’m head over heels obsessed with from Henri Bendel. It honestly hasn’t left my arm since I bought it last Thursday!
