Happy Monday y’all! I’ve bought a separate planner for blogging, have scheduled time to write out posts and am finally back and ready to go for good! It really is difficult to find the time to balance school, work, sorority life, social life and blogging but I’m going to make it work!

The weather is slowly starting to cool down as we transition into fall, but when the sun is out it’s still miserably hot! For a casual day look I paired a strappy gingham dress with a lace bralette underneath for a pop of print mixing. I think the lace adds a bit of edge to the dress, which is so different for me. A large black purse from Big Buddha allowed me to carry anything and everything I could need for the day, and my favorite wedges were the perfect addition.
