Burgundy and Plaid

Happy Monday y’all! One of the first things that everyone associates with fall is pumpkins, of course, and I couldn’t go through fall without getting some pictures at a pumpkin patch! Most people associate pumpkins with Halloween, but I think they’re more of a November necessity when it comes to Thanksgiving. I’ve always loved plaid in the fall, but combine an oversized comfy sweater with plaid and burgundy and you have me hooked. This Stella Rae’s sweater is going to be a repeat offender this fall because it’s just too perfect. It’s thicker and will be perfect when it starts to snow, but it can be worn a bit off the should (probably because I sized up for a slouchier, laid back look). The pattern fits right in with the plaid trend this fall and I love the hints of navy in it. I love sweaters paired with skirts and I was so happy to find that I had a burgundy skirt that matched perfectly. Pairing sweaters with skirts is the perfect way to transition into fall, especially with the fluctuating temperatures.

Have a great day everyone and thanks for reading!
