Happy Tuesday y’all! I’m super excited to get so much done today because yesterday I spent the day finishing up building most of my furniture for the remaining things I had been missing for my apartment. Honestly I never knew I would be capable of building things like a vanity and dining room chairs, and to be completely honest I can’t say I would recommend anyone else using them, haha. The only thing I’m missing for my Barbie Dreamhouse apartment is my wallpaper for my accent wall in my bedroom, a storage ottoman that I have yet to order because #ballinonabudget, and an actual coffee table as opposed to my ottoman from my couch set. It’s crazy to think I’m going on my third week here in NYC, I feel like I just got here yesterday!

Today I’m brightening your computer screen with tons of color! We all know I’m color obsessed, so when I found this jacket before spring break I knew it would be such a great spring/summer addition for those days that decide to be cooler. Full disclosure, it sold out fast and I kept waiting for it to re-stock but no luck, so I’m scavenging for similar options. I love yellow in the summer, especially when I’m tan. So when I saw this simple yellow romper I knew it would make the perfect brunch attire or for picnicking in the park on those hot days. It’s so lightweight and I love the fitted bodice. I paired my favorite earrings that have seriously been my go-to lately. I love that they’re drops, but also that they’re neutral and go with basically anything you can think. They add the perfect pop to any look, I highly recommend them! What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
