Happy Monday y’all! Can you believe the weekend has already come and gone?! I definitely didn’t remember how fast the days fly when you have obligations Monday through Friday. We had a great weekend doing different things than we usually do. We seemed to have gotten into a rut of always going out to the same places, brunching and doing the same things in the afternoon, and really just not experiencing anything new (in New York City nonetheless). We ventured to different areas than normal and we went to the Flume concert which was amazing as expected. I spent most of my day trying to catch up on emails because I’ve gotten so far behind, and there’s no better feeling than when your inbox finally hits 0! I’m hoping this week goes by pretty fast and I have to figure out if I’ll be able to head home for Labor Day since OU is playing Houston. How on Earth will it already be September this week?! Low key freaking out y’all.

Today I wanted to share some pieces I found while I was shopping online because there are SO many good transitional pieces out right now for affordable prices! I’m seeing all of our favorite colors coming back like rust and burgundy, but I’ve found myself loving navy, mustard and chocolate brown this time around. I’m wanting to snag some suede pieces, especially since they’ll be needed once the weather starts to cool down here. I’m especially obsessed with this suede moto jacket that’s available in three colors and under $90. There are so many great shoes out too! I have these lace up flats in cognac, perfect to wear everyday and walk to work, but I’m dying for these lace up booties for the next couple of months. What do y’all think?
