Happy Wednesday y’all! Today is such a HUGE day for me because I officially start my PR career today in the NYC fashion industry! I’m so excited and so nervous, but can’t wait to get started. I spent my day yesterday running around like a mad woman trying to get everything wrapped up, from cleaning and meal prepping, to getting my nails filled and making sure I have enough socks to get me through the rest of the week! I love productive days, but they definitely are exhausting.Since I’m starting my career, you’ll definitely start seeing more work-to-play outfits, and I hope to make a play on Kayleigh’s Kloset and add a “Kayleigh’s Kareer” section where I share work style, office supplies/decor, and my resume/interning tips from my past internships! I know I spent the last few months scavenging for advice on where to get started int arms of job hunting, so I’m hoping to be of assistance to someone else in the future once I’m settled in!

Today I’m sharing a dress that I’m truly obsessed with, and in my opinion I think it defines the perfect work-to-play outfit. I’m actually wearing it for my first day that’s how much I love it! This blush pink wrap front dress has the perfect amount of structure to make it work appropriate. It’s breezy and lightweight, perfect for the summer season, and it comes in multiple colors if pink doesn’t float your boat. The wrap front is flattering, and the bow in the front adds the perfect feminine touch. I wanted to keep it simple for my post, and these chunky laser cut heels make the perfect accent. They’re so comfortable too, I was running around and my feet felt like they were in tennis shoes. For todays first day, I’m adding a large statement necklace to this dress to jazz it up a little, and it would be perfect for date night with a pair of strappy heels-easy enough to even throw down in your work bag. What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
