Happy Friday y’all! What a week it has been. I’m excited to spend my weekend relaxing and catching up on all of the fall things that I’ve been putting off. I can’t believe we’re half way through November, where does the time go when you become an “adult?!” I feel like it was just the Fourth of July the other day, SO strange.

Today I’m sharing a layered look with one of my favorite coats for the cold weather. This double breasted coat is perfect for the winter for obvious reasons, it’s warm and cozy, but it has such a more flattering fit than coats usually do. The only black coat I own is a puffer coat, so I knew I wanted to get a better option that would be great for work events and still functional. I grabbed this coat on sale, and actually got it in a petite large because they were out of normal sizes, and I like it so much better! It fits my figure better and still leaves that girly touch. I threw it over an olive and black printed dress that has the cutest/most subtle drop waist. This dress is perfect for work or going out with friends, and I’ll definitely be wearing it into the cold with tights and OTK boots. These over the knee boots are from last year but they’re in stock and on sale this year! I definitely got my money’s worth out of them, but I highly recommend investing in a good pair of flat OTK books for the season. These earrings are a dupe for my favorite designer earrings, and they’re under $20! Definitely recommend picking up a pair for yourself and a gal pal for a gift. They’d make the perfect Secret Santa gift or Stocking Stuffer! What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
