Happy Tuesday y’all! We’re supposed to be getting some serious weather here in Norman today, and are on a tornado watch until around 11 PM tonight! We’ve been lucky to not have anything serious throughout this entire year, so I’m hoping it stays that way but you really never know with Oklahoma. I’m starting to pack for New York today and I seriously have no clue what to expect weather wise because when I usually go in May it’s still chilly and I don’t want my bag to be over stuffed! I’m working on a packing list to share on Thursday when I leave so stay tuned.

Today I’m sharing a super laid back look that just reminds me of easy spring/summer days. I’m all for versatile outfits that you can just throw on and go whether it’s for brunch or shopping, especially spending my summers in the city, so this is an outfit that just reminds me of those days. This eyelet off the shoulder top is such a great staple piece. It’s perfect with jeans and wedges for a night out, but goes great with fun printed shorts like these elephant printed ones. What makes this top irresistible is that it rings in at under $35, making it a must for the season! When I went shopping with my mom a few weeks ago she went crazy over these elephant printed shorts and I can’t get enough of the whimsical pattern! I dressed up the look with my favorite pair of chunky heels but will definitely be pairing it with espadrilles or gladiator sandals for brunch this summer. What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
