Neon Pink and Gold Sequins

Happy Wednesday! Can you believe it’s already half way
through the week? I love when my weeks go by super fast, and that always seems
to happen when stress is at an all time high! Today I’m sharing a look from my
shoot with Dennis Cahlo in New York over Thanksgiving break! If you remember my
amazing shoots this summer (like my bloggiversary post), then you’ll remember Dennis’s amazing work! Luckily he was able to
squeeze me in for a quick session, and I couldn’t be more pleased!
I love sequin leggings, so
much. They’re the perfect way to immediately turn an outfit into a
holiday-party-ready outfit, especially if they’re the right color. These gold
sequin leggings from Shop Hope’s just scream holiday season and I was so happy
to get my hands on a pair. For work and more casual party settings this
December I’ll pair them with an oversized red poncho, or a red and black plaid
top for subtle print mixing. For this shoot I went with a Kate Spade inspired
look.  This Kate Spade Dorothy coat is
available in more subtle colors right now, but I scavenged the internet to find
this neon pink color, which I finally found on eBay for a portion of the price!
Nothing beats finding a good deal on a designer piece, but my new prize
possession is this Prada Safianno bag that I thrifted in SoHo for a large
fraction of the price! It’s one of those items that will always be timeless,
especially since it’s black. So apparently I’ve been on a thrifting kick
recently, what are your tips for shopping name brands for a portion of the
