Happy Tuesday y’all! I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve been on here, but these last few weekends have been exactly what I needed. This past weekend I went to Austin City Limits Music Festival to celebrate my best friends 21st with lots of music, food and adventuring in Austin. I was so excited for ACL because I had to miss a lot of the headliners at Governor’s Ball in NYC this summer and was really bummed about it, but I spent the full three days in the heat this weekend and saw as many people as I could! My absolute favorites were Hozier (listen to Work Song live, it’s life changing), Flosstradamaus, Drake, Halsey, Foo Fighters, Alina and Galimatias (Hello Fantasy, what a voice) just to name a few! Everyone was really so good, but I can’t stress how utterly amazing Hozier was. Ellen and I have always been big fans of him and I’m so glad we were finally able to see him. We saw Florence and the Machine in Central Park in high school, Mumford and Sons in Coney Island this past summer and now Hozier at ACL! We just need to cross Lana off of our lists next, but I love artists that have so much passion in their work.

Anyways temperatures have finally dropped! Let’s hope they stay this way. I love leggings a t-shirt season for class, it’s so much more comfortable than shorts. One of my favorite transitioning pieces is this cowel neck sleeveless sweater. It’s a super chunky knit and so fun being a shade of pink, but since it’s sleeveless it’s perfect for that all-over-the-place weather we have this time of the year. I never really like turtle neck style sweaters because they can get so insanely hot, but that’s why I love this sleeveless one! I wore it on the way home yesterday and it was comfy like a blanket but not suffocating for Texas style fall weather. I paired it with my favorite ripped denim-side note, I’ve worn these so many times that the holes are so big in the pockets that things fall out of my pockets!! It may be time to invest in a newer pair… I added my neutral fringe booties to keep the color pallet light. I love taking pastels into fall, and would wear this out with a dark lip and skinny jeans to play it up. What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
