Happy Thursday y’all! Today’s post is short and sweet as I write from super chilly NYC and get ready for my first big day of NYFW! I wanted to share some Valentine’s Day inspiration in plenty of time before the big day and actually packed this skirt with me because it’s so warm! I’ve always been a huge fan of the midi skirt. Being on the taller side they always suit my long body so well, so when I saw this flower cut out one in bright red, I knew it would make the perfect feminine flair for Valentine’s Day occasions. It will pair so well with a crop top in spring, but I chose a lace up top that is such a great staple piece and on trend. What do y’all think? I’m spending my morning running around for shows and presentations and then I have a break around lunch time where I’ll be lugging my suitcases from Brooklyn to Manhattan so fingers crossed it goes smoothly! My best friend gets in tonight and we have plans to celebrate my birthday at midnight! I’m hoping to get a famous rainbow bagel tomorrow because my friend Caitlyn lives about a mile from the famous bagel store in Brooklyn that was on Cosmo’s snap chat! Ah I love this look so much! That lace up top is unexpected (at least from what I’ve seen) and gives this awesome feel to the outfit! I seriously love the skirt and now wish my fiance and I were doing something more formal for valentines day!
