Happy Thursday y’all! Man am I counting down the days until the weekend so I can get a good nights sleep! This break definitely made me nocturnal from early mornings, afternoon naps and late nights. I’m definitely missing those beach naps right about now! It’s that time of the year where I suddenly have motivation to do anything and everything, and I’m starting to bite off too much! I decided that since I’m going on eight months in NYC that my room needed and update, so stay tuned for my most recent DIY with my headboard that I’m currently working on. I don’t think it’ll take long, but I ran out of heavy duty staples and don’t have time to go pick them up during the day, but more on that later. After taking down my Christmas decor I feel like my apartment is so empty right now, so I’m moving things around to see what fits best where- I’m sure the neighbors below me are LOVING me right now… oops. Does anyone else get that “fixer upper” itch after awhile? Would love to hear what you’ve done in the past!

Today I’m sharing the cutest little printed swing dress that’s under $50. When it comes to any form of dress, I always gravitate towards swing dresses. I love how fun they are, and it always makes me want to twirl around. I’ve been obsessed with bell sleeves for as long as I can remember, so if you combine a fun print swing dress with bell sleeves then you have me sold instantly. What really drew me in was the criss cross back of this swing dress. There’s so many fun, unique elements to make this dress different than the rest, and it’s lightweight enough to take you into spring and summer. While I still have a long winter ahead of me, I plan to layer this printed swing dress with tights, over the knee boots, and a trench coat. If it were a nicer day like we experienced yesterday (I think it felt like the 60’s!), then I would just add my go-to over the knee boots and call it a day. What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!
