My Favorite Trips/Travel from 2019

Happy Sunday y’all! Wrapping up a lot of my 2019 things before the new year and starting with this fun post sharing my favorite trips of 2019, and the ones y’all liked the best as well. When it came to my top 9 posts on Instagram, y’all really liked my travel pictures (when I would properly plan out my vacation with outfit posts) in addition to beauty posts.

For 2020, I’m hoping to do a lot more traveling and weekend trip getaways. While I never fully be able to be a travel blogger, there are so many fun weekend spots you can head to in the states to share. We already have Miami set in March, potentially a trip in February, and our annual Europe trip, but I’m sure I’ll make it out to LA and will sprinkle a few more destinations throughout the summer.

Would love to know if y’all like seeing more travel posts! I’m thinking of incorporating affordable travel into my posts, because we really do budget accordingly. If you have any recommendations on trips I’d love to hear! Have a great day and thanks for reading.

1. Ibiza – obviously. The biggest trip I took of the year was going to Spain the end of summer and seeing the closing parties in Ibiza. We watched David Guetta’s last night at Ushaïa, went back the following night for Dmitri Vegas & Like Mike, and ended with a boat tour stopping at 3 different islands and a B2B with Camelphat, Solardo & Fisher. Easily one of the coolest trips I’ve been on, and you all loved all Spain content! Check out the full post HERE.

2. Miami for my 25th. While I didn’t do a full blown post here, I don’t even have words to express this trip. Some of my best friends and I took Presidents Day Weekend to celebrate my 25th birthday and BOY did we celebrate. We all were in desperate need of some warm weather by then, but we befriended a bachelor party on night one and we’re set the whole weekend. We had a table at Eleven to see Nelly, chartered a yacht for the day, and headed to SLS hours before our plane home. One of the best vacations I will truly never forget OR be able to top.

Stay @ The Mondrian South Beach (can book via AirBnb).

3. Playa Del Carmen for Memorial Day. One of the same vacations I take every year during Christmas, but this time I got to go with Nikki and it was just so much fun. It was another time where we were ready for some sun, and we took advantage of all that Mexico has to offer. From Coco Bongo, to road tripping to Tulum, we got to show Nikki all of my favorite parts of our home away from home. My full post on Playa Del Carmen can be found HERE.

4. Vegas, baby. For one of my good friends Bachelorette parties, we all made the trek to Vegas (my first time, the weekend after Miami nonetheless) and lives it up for nearly four whole days. Had it not been for my stories you may not have known I was there because Vegas definitely got the best of me, but I cannot wait to go back (potentially for the Fourth of July!).

Stay @ The Cosmopolitan.

5. LA summers. I headed out to LA a few times this summer for work and actually stayed out there for close to a week. Being near the beach and enjoying Santa Monica was definitely a highlight, and I have my spots saved on IG HERE.

Stay @ The Sunset Tower Hotel.

Close runner ups: Baltimore (Moonrise Festival), Atlantic City, Belmar NJ, and Wisconsin (Summerfest).
In the works for 2020: Miami, Vegas, (potentially) Croatia + Tulum + Bermuda + Cabo and MORE…
