June Beauty Favorites

Happy Monday y’all! Today I’m super pumped to be sharing my June favorites and there were some real winners in this past month. As always, I love sharing my favorite beauty products with y’all and if there’s anything specific you want me to share definitely feel free to reach out!

One thing you’ll notice is that I’ve upped my SPF game and have minimized the amount of additional product on my face during the summer. I’m trying to find the right combination of serums, primers and moisturizers to take place of foundation now that I’m in 100+ degree weather this summer. What do y’all think? Have a great day and thanks for reading!

1. Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40. This has been my holy grail since summer has officially hit in Houston. This is a tinted serum with Niacinamide and SPF that really works to even skin tone while fighting the daily bad-for-you aggressors. This is perfectly lightweight and doesn’t clog my skin if I sweat venturing outside or even workout in it. I need a darker shade but the lighter shade doesn’t look too light!

2. Drunk Elephant Umbra Tinte Sunscreen. Summer is here and it’s time to wear your sunscreen! You should always be wearing sunscreen year round but I love this sunscreen because it’s tinted and when paired with the tinted serum it really blurs imperfections (while protecting against sun damage).

3. Colourpop Cosmetics Pretty Fresh Hydrating Setting Spray. I have been beyond impressed with Colourpop lately and this setting spray does not dissapoint! It’s ultra hydrating and refreshing versus your typical setting spray and it’s beyond affordable!

4. Versed Day Dissolve Cleansing Balm. This is hands down my best Target purchase to date I don’t know how I got by without ever using this at the end of my day. An under $10 cleansing balm that removes all off your makeup in one pass at the end of the day. I prefer the texture of this balm over other oils I’ve tried because it’s so soothing and melts away makeup.

5. First Aid Beauty FAB Coconut Skin Smoothie Moisturizing Primer. This was a random last minute addition to my cart but wow am I glad I have it. It’s a super hydrating primer that doubles as a moisturizer and my skin seriously soaks it in. I tried it for the first time while in NOLA when my skin was struggling from travel and now I’m hooked.
